In May the Chorus got together online and recorded the sixth of Rachmaninov's vespers Bogoroditse Djevo. Editing the video recording has now been completed and it is available to view on our Facebook page or on our YouTube channel. It was also featured on BBC Radio 3's In Tune.
We continue to rehearse online in the hope that we will have our concert in November 2020 in Leeds Town Hall. We will perform Mozart Mass in C major together with a new work we have commissioned from Jonathan Dove with lyrics by Ian MacMillan named The Tin Soldier. We are in rehearsal for this work which we find exciting and hope you will enjoy.
